By checking the SMS consent box and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Super Insurance Discounts LLC for appointment reminders, insurance policy updates, customer service communications, marketing messages (where applicable), and general two-way communication regarding our insurance services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

(c) Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive up to 50 messages per month. Super Insurance Discounts LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Super Insurance Discounts LLC and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
